The author of this story truly did an amazing job creating an interesting book for both children and adults. As an adult I read it in one sitting (I couldn't wait to see what was going to happen) and couldn't wait to share it with my children. My children are currently reading it together and all three of them (ages 5, 8, and 11) are really enjoying the story. The author did a fantastic job incorporating weather information in the book, so not only was it entertaining, it was also educational. This book is definitely worth reading and I can't wait for the next story in the series!
This is a beautiful story of a class, highlighting the unique personalities and struggles of these students, and how the love and kindness of a teacher and classmates impacts each character. This story, with adorable illustrations, reminds us that compassion and a supportive environment makes all the difference, and we can all learn from the characters in this story! Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed reading this book!
Such a great book. My 4th grader couldn't put it down, read it in 2 days. We particularly like how the chapters are separated and the story is told from different character perspective.
